Then I need help with this from the FAQ:
This sidebar selects videos with the most votes that were last queued within the past four days and originally submitted within the past two weeks, then lists them ordered with most votes first. If you think a video should be listed but isn't, it is either because it was queued more than 4 days ago (hover your mouse over "published by" to see a sifted video's queue date), was originally posted more than 2 weeks ago, or it does not have a high enough vote total compared to the other videos listed.

[edit] Your vid was last queued (and initially queued) 5 days 2 hours ago (cf. 4d4h from earlier comment). So, it is older than the 4 day limit. The bit about having been initially queued within the last 2 weeks (which is actually new to me, but pretty cool imo) means that if a vid doesn't make it out of the queue when originally posted, it has up to two weeks to get promoted back to the queue and published. I don't know if that would include begged videos (but it should).

i look at "queued" as "sifted" or "published"
i look at "submitted" well...submitted

to me this simply states that if you posted (submitted) something within the last 2 weeks, and it "queues" or "sifts" or "publishes" and it reaches enough votes, it'll sit in the top 15. Now, looking at my "published" date, it still says 3 days 10 minutes...

The first sentence of the FAQ entry has the really important stuff:

videos with the most votes that were last queued within the past four days and originally submitted within the past two weeks

Queued and submitted are nearly the same, only that a video can be "requeued" if it gets promoted. Posted = originally submitted = initially queued = time when you submit the video, which is not the same as published = sifted. Last queued is usually the same as originally submitted, unless it's been promoted, which resets the queue time. So, if you've submitted a video within the last two weeks, and it gets published within 4 days of the last queue time, and has enough votes, it's in the top 15.

So, in the case of your video, it was originally submitted 5 days 6 hours ago, which is also the last queue time since it was never promoted. Thus, it's past the 4 day window. Make sense?

[edit] The published date has no bearing on a video being in the top 15.
